How does your service work?

Once your order is received, we pick up your products from our suppliers and deliver them to you. To keep the integrity of the products you order, we do not keep products in stock. This means you donít have to worry about a products freshness.† Orders need to be placed by 9 AM on Tuesdays for delivery on Friday.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

You do not have to be home for delivery.† Just leave instructions in comments where to leave your order.† Many customers prefer it be left in the garage or leave a covered plastic tub at the front or back door.† If you have frozen product, we can put it the freezer for you.

How does the referral program work?

For each person referred that becomes a customer, you will receive a small pet product gift such as a toy, bag of treats, or $3.00 off your next order.

Why should I feed natural foods?

Natural foods do not contain fillers, by products or chemicals that your petís body does not need.† Feeding natural foods promote good long term health, skin and coat for your pet. Petís being fed foods with corn, wheat, soy, chemicals and the like, generally are more susceptible to allergies, digestive disorders, dandruff and the list goes on.†

Arenít natural foods more expensive?

There are some very cost effective natural brands that are nearly the same price or a dollar or two more than foods with fillers. In the long run, spending a little more on food will save you money as healthier pets need less visits to the vet.†

My home is not in your delivery area but my office is can you deliver there?

Yes!† Many customers currently have there orders delivered to their office.† Our delivery area is larger than our current map shows.† Please be patient while we work on a new map.† Should you not see your area, please contact us for confirmation of delivery in your area as we have expanded the zones.

Can I pay with cash or check at time of delivery?

Credit card is the preferred payment method; however cash or check payment option is available.† Should you not be home during delivery, we ask you leave your payment in an envelope in secure, dry place where we would drop off your food.

What days do you deliver?

Currently, most deliveries are on Friday.† As our business continues to grow we will switch to more of a set schedule with additional delivery days for specific areas.† Should you have any delivery questions, concerns or a specific delivery need please contact Jane @ 612-816-4279.†
*For first time customers in need of an immediate order, please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate your first delivery if needed prior to the next delivery date..

I am current customer and about to run out of food, what do I do if I canít wait until the next scheduled delivery day?

To avoid running out of food, we recommend customers place their orders when there is approximately ľ bag left.† In the event you cannot wait until the next delivery day, contact us and we will do our best to meet your immediate needs.

I am thinking about switching foods or want to give my dog/cat variety, do you have any suggestions?

Variety in your petís diet is important to be sure they are getting all the nutrients they need. Generally we have samples available for certain brands, which we are happy to bring a few sample bags for your pet to test prior to purchasing an entire bag. Most pets require a ďsoft switchĒ which means mixing the new food with the old for a few days or more depending on your pet.

Can I pick up my food?

We do not have a store location for pick up.
